Best used in sweet breads, cakes, cookies, candies and some native delicacies like meringue, puto & pastilles, as well as snack foods, juices and other beverages.
Ideal for application in processed meats such as hotdogs, tocino (cured meat) and other meat products.
Suggested Usage: Start at 0.05-0.10% based on total weight of ingredients and 0.01-0.10% based on total flour weight.
